the location was suitable because it was near the tram stop.

i was disappointed that there were no luggage racks available in the room this made it difficult to organize our belongings and keep the space tidy the flat pillows and uncomfortable mattress also negatively impacted my sleep quality i had to ask for basic supplies like slippers and conditioner.

The staff gave me a warm welcome upon my late arrival. I was upgraded to a beautiful balcony room! The cleanliness, style, and decor were excellent and the hotel staff provided great service.

The hotel features a tram stop directly outside for convenient transportation. A large supermarket is within walking distance, and the central location is definitely a plus. This makes exploring easy.

Cold and hot drinking water are available in the hallway in unlimited quantities. My room included a refrigerator for personal use. I also enjoyed the sauna. It was a great addition to my stay.

the location was awesome it was super close to public transportation. i loved that a tram stop was located right outside the hotel. the breakfast had tons of options i filled up every morning.

the room seemed pretty small i did not have much space for my luggage. the wardrobe was also smaller than i expected. my towels and bed linens were not changed daily i thought that was a bit strange.

loud tramsstale pastries

My room faced the street and the trams were so loud! it was impossible to sleep without earplugs. i asked for a different room, but they said they were fully booked, i am annoyed. also, the breakfast selection was pretty basic. The pastries tasted stale.
